Be Rad Adventures was founded in order to help counter the stereotypical image of mountain bikers as a bunch of crazy guys going for broke on the hills. As a result, all initial programming focused on bringing women+ together to ride, connect, and celebrate each other.

If you get women to participate in a sport, you also get their community.
— Jackie Oncescu, Associate Professor and Researcher, UNB

Be Rad strives to be as inclusive as possible, which is why offer events for ALL, regardless of gender, gender identity, age, language (English or French), or skill level.
